Webinars and Workshops FAQ

To register for a workshop, select the workshop you wish to attend on our workshop calendar page. Select the ‘Register Now’ link and follow the registration pages. Note that you will have to login to FACTWeb or create an online profile to complete the registration process.

Previous webinars and virtual roundtables may be purchased from the FACT Store under Educational Recordings.

The instructions on how to access the meeting are located under 'My Meetings' after your registration is complete.
There are two options for accessing 'My Meetings'.

Option 1: As soon as you register for the webinar, you will receive a confirmation which includes a link to 'My Meetings’ documents. By clicking on the link, you will be prompted to login and then be redirected to the meeting documents. One of the meeting documents will contain instructions on how to access the meeting.  

Option 2: After you register for the webinar, you can also login to your FACTWeb account and click on the 'My Meetings' link in the box named: ‘My Upcoming FACT Events’.  Then click on 'Meeting Documents' for the applicable meeting, which will include the instructions page.

Once you purchase the educational session from the FACT store, the media file will be available in your FACTWeb account under 'My Downloads' for two weeks. During this two week period, you can download the file onto your computer, and then listen/view the slide presentation anytime.

CMEs are available for various webinars and workshops.  Information regarding CMEs is available during the specific session you attend. You will receive an email regarding CME credit after the workshop has concluded.  If you are unable to locate the email for a workshop you attended, please contact FACT.   Continuing Education credits for webinars may be purchased from the FACT store after participating in or viewing the recording of the webinar.

Yes. When you register, you may select ‘pay by check’, and the mailing information will be given to you.

Yes. Everyone with a FACTWeb profile may register themselves or someone else for FACT educational offerings. The registration page will ask for the participant’s information.

Ensure you have audio through the computer. If several people will be listening, verify the audio is loud enough.  You may also wish to have a projector.  Prior to joining the webinar, test your computer system to facilitate the webinar by using the link below. FACT currently uses Microsoft Live Meeting for its webinars.

Yes. FACT encourages all personnel to attend the webinars available to their organization.
